1) Who we are and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Day 3 Academy LLC (“Day 3 Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when U.S. business customers and their authorized learners use our website (day3academy.com), checkout pages, and learning platform. We market and sell only to the United States. If you access from another jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and this Policy is governed by U.S. law. This Policy works across our platforms; we host the canonical version at https://www.day3academy.com/privacy and link to it from checkout and the learning platform.

5) How we share information

We do not sell personal information in the conventional sense (i.e., for money). When we use advertising or retargeting cookies or similar technologies, some U.S. state privacy laws may classify that activity as a “sale” or “share” of personal information. We treat those uses as sell/share where applicable and provide an opt‑out. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers: to host, deliver, analyze, ship, and support the services under contractual confidentiality and use limits. Providers may change over time but are bound by comparable obligations.
  • Your organization: we may provide managers with learner enrollment and progress summaries upon request.
  • Legal/compliance: to comply with law, court orders, lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, consistent with this Policy.

6) Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to operate the site and non‑essential cookies for analytics and performance. See our Cookie Policy at https://www.day3academy.com/cookies for details and your choices, including the Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” options.

7) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law. Typical retention: license term plus up to 24 months for records and support; financial records are kept for longer under tax/accounting rules. We may de‑identify or aggregate data for analytics.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and our services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact matt@day3academy.com.
